I think we are nearly ready to go into production , they seem to be pretty indestructible . I need to get hold of a load of pipe as there seems to be zero roadwork going on round here as our local council lost all its cash on the stock market . Might actually have to buy 25 metres on ebay !

I havent seen any for ages either. Awesome work though. Those heads look amazing. Theres not much you can do about the wear, but as aufbruch said, the lucky ones are the same. Mine's starting to crack due to some shoddy pipe drilling, so I was just about to make some more with a hole saw, but if you want someone to test the ones you just made...

It would be good to see how many people are interested i'll try and knock some up for everyone to test to destruction. But i have to buy in the solid HDPE rod for the end caps from DirectPlasticsonline.co.uk which is quite pricey but i only use 10mm or so for each end so it goes quite far. Let us know what sizes and cappage requirements you are all looking for .
