Hotspot is worse than snicko. I don't really see how Hughes was out on review. Umpire's call based on lack of a sign either way? That should be not out regardless of umpire's call really shouldn't it?

The point of DRS is to review a 'bad' umpiring decision, nothing more.
If the system shows sufficient evidence against that decision, only then can it be overturned.
