I've emailed them... getting over the initial shock, I'm fairly sure they'd have said something if they were going to tread on toes. They're decent guys and go a great deal of good work for cycling, so I'm sure this is just my WTF reaction at discovering the domain.

I've always really strongly believed that cycling communities and initiatives in general work when they're not fragmented. I hope that Rolla aren't wanting to do this.

Why would this really be an issue? You have LFGSS. I doubt Paul had any idea that you were thinking of adding a UKFGSS. Surly this situation is better as you know each other? If someone else had got it and set up UKFGSS without knowing about LFGSS (unlikely as this is always the first thing that comes up with anything fixed related) then wouldnt that be worse?

What I love about the mis-spelt Rolla one is that it throws up search results including a link back to the www.rollapaluza.cc site with results from the recent open track meet and in those results the club's own name is mis-spelt.
