...and yes, the club roost I beam stem is awesome! It was bought of an old skool mountain biker at work for a fiver. Love it, just the right amount of reach and rise.
I've dropped the stem height now and the weight distribution is spot on. Everyone who rides it thinks its the bees knees. Very pleased. Now all I need to do is get good at polo...
