  • People have been banned for less.

Autism is a lifelong developmental disability that affects how a person communicates with, and relates to, other people. It also affects how they make sense of the world around them.

  • ^ and BFS has been belating about his injuries this season. No wonder we're struggling.

Good to see Moyes keeping up his record.

  • Kalou used to wind me up, when he would miss a perfectly good chance and walk away smiling. There again he knicked a few important goals. If there was ever a player who should have had his luminous boots taken away, he was the one.

Mourinho is talking the same language as the fans, why not? At least then he sounds like a fan of the club not a manager trying to cover his ass.

I know for a fact he's a decent bloke with plenty of time for the fans, he has massive support at the club and it's refreshing to hear him say what we're all thinking/talking about.

The strikers need to step up, of course it's not helping to criticise them publicly if they can't perform but Torres looks like he'd rather not get on the pitch. If I was in his shoes I'd feel the same way.

    I LOLLED regardless.

  • ^such a rebel..

  • Perhaps Chelsea could play Matic in a Luiz shirt with a wig, worth a go surely?

Out of the top 10 teams with the worst injury record only 2 were not managed by a Brit at some stage this season.

  • He's frustrated, inconsistent performances and lack of discipline are things TSO doesn't tolerate...

    Yet he keeps picking Torres

  • Obvious troll is obvious.

  • Not at all, serious point. I don't see how you can square not tolerating inconsistency with playing such an inconsistent striker.

Chelsea fans love all the myths about Jose, but they're just myths

  • Fernando Torres was part of the club's lineup 24 times. He was 14 times in the starting team, got substituted in 9 time(s) and stayed on the bench 1 time(s). Fernando Torres was not part of the lineup due to injury 6 times.

14 out of 32 that hardly qualifies as continuing to pick Torres, if anything he picks Torres less than other coaches have at Chelsea.
Mourinho says it how it is. There's going to be 3 CF slots available next season, they have 4 players that can play the position and most likely only 1 will be retained. My best guess is that it won't be any of the 3 who are at Stamford Bridge right now.

  • I agree with that last point, which shows how wrong he got it this year

  • Senile Frenchman open his mouth on yet another issue . Selective memory Arsene?

Football manager asked about a topic in football and answers, what else do you expect?

As for your last point, he may have pissed some clubs off (oh hai PSG and Barca) but as far as I'm aware, Arsenal have never broken the rules on signing young players, and definitely haven't been found guilty of any misdemeanours by the football authorities.

  • yet......

They get the French and Spanish clubs to do the dirty work for them...

Absolutely and if PSG are going to be stubborn about the Oscar situation than we're going to be in real trouble next season. The Mata sale might than be a really bad piece of business. It's bad enough as it is already but if Oscar insists on being transferred than we're screwed.

I reckon that Ba might end up at Southampton and Torres at Valencia. Eto'o could end up in the US. Lukaku, hopefully at Chelsea.

  • jaw, does oscar want out? Thought Mourinho valued him and Hazard above all others?
    Why would Oscar want away?

and lance hasn't been found guilty of doping

  • Yet he keeps picking Torres

What other options does he have?

    Exactly...

I'd like to see him try Schürrle as an out and out striker...

AFAIK he doesn't, yet anyway. PSG have been sniffing around him and Hazard for some time. As with any player, if he can double his money he will want to get out.

I know Liverpool fans live in the past but you might want to check your facts here, Dicki.

  • Willian looks like a good player, but 2 goals and 7 assists isn't a compelling contribution for £32mn. Diego Costa was available for the right price.

Hasn't he just had a kid? £67,000 p/w doesn't go as far as it used to...
