Michu is happy where he is, Swansea in europe need a squad.. 20mil which was the value they mentioned in the summer..
Can't see Remy going either as they really need him, so that would be mucho £££ as well
Need to be looking at quality sitting on the bench and as real madrid have ruled themselves out of that, it reduces the pool somewhat.
A 'risk' needs to be takenand Man U will think they are in the race against arsenal re Hernandez. I wasn't sure about your point about the cups as he's cup tied anyway

They as in Newcastle or QPR? He's there on loan, not sure of the ins and outs of the agreement but if there's a clause than I'm sure that Fernandes would be happy to sell.
Newcastle have made an enquiry for Luuk de Jong of BMG . He's a player that's suitable to the PL and Arsenal have also been linked with him in the past. Hasn't set the Bundesliga on fire but on a loan deal he could be worth a punt.
If you need width than don't look further than Ola John, little brother of Collins John.

ah yes you're right I thought the toon had bought him... that could be quite amusing

The rumours were rife that Michu is un-happy and he seems ineffective playing with Bony. They want to sign Ince, I think you could see a deal happening, he can play in Europe.
Redknapp has stated he wants to sell Remy this window and he is only on loan at Newcastle, 10-12m would get him. He can play in Europe.
The Hernandez option is unlikely but I think it makes sense for all parties - A pragmatic manager would see that but I think loaning him to us would cause riots wherever it is United fans live (?)

^^ Isn't Ola John heading to Ajax on loan?
Don't think Benfica want to sell

Complete opposite end of the speed spectrum to Walcot but Berbatov would be brilliant at the arse.
I know Wenger has already said no to it but he really does make sense as a short term arrangement while they look for a super star to sign in the summer - with his passing & touch they might actually be able to walk it into the back of the net like they seem desperate to do.

Spuds - any opinion on John Obika? seems to have been around for donkeys and scored 6 goals for your reserves yesterday

• #95260
From what I've seen he's Championship level. Was out on loan at Charlton and will probably end up on loan again or being bought by someone similar.

I believe Benfica are holding out for more money. Not sure what's happening but I've read that Ajax have upped their bid to £500k for a 6 month deal and Benfica are after money and part salary payment. He'd fit in well at Swansea. Scouse shite are after him as well.

What's all this about Chelsea blocking any move for Bertrand because Moses isn't working out...
Moses after a good start looks utterly gash ... at least Aspas tries
Paper talk nonsense or is there something in it?
-
• #95263
If you want him you can cough up. Buy him outright, if you honestly think that Chelsea are going to give you a player for free whilst you're competing for the CL spots than you're very much mistaken. Fulham might get him I reckon.
-
• #95264
I think the plan is to buy him... but there's talk of 'blocking' whatever that is
-
• #95265
I think you're wrong. They made a loan enquiry and Chelsea have told them where to go.

good ive always quite liked darren barnard or whatever hes called

Would love to see Bertrand back at Forest. Knowing Billy I expect we'll make a bid even though we stand zero chance of signing him. Lot of paper talk linking us with a bid for Jordan Rhodes, normally I'd say no chance, but knowing Venky's they'd probably entertain selling him at a loss.

Manchester United lost a third game in a row for the first time since 2001
There aren't enough chevrons in the universe
At least you have the home leg to try and rectify things

Moyes really can get fucked.
Give over, He's got a shit squad and the ever looming shadow of fergie at every fucking game.
He'll be OK, given time. 20 years at the top we were due a bad patch. -

I know, I know, but getting it from my mate who's a Sunderland fan pushed me over the edge...

He'll be OK, given time.
Errm, he had years at Everton moaning that he couldn't do anything without a transfer budget and having his best players sold from under him and Martinez has busted that myth wide open.
He sacked the existing coaching staff dismantling the backroom team that delivered the 20 years of success. Maybe 10 years to rebuild what he's knacked in 6 months?
