Does anyone think that the bottom 2 will be any different throughout the season?
Can't see Poyet working magic with whats essentially a car crash. Sunderland have a net spend of £13m over the last 4 seasons and it shows. MON was not backed in the transfer market and now their squad is essentially an expensive gamble as I can't see a team like that bouncing up from the Championship unless they spend big on English based players.I don't think he will - it's basically career suicide taking that job. They must pay a shit load of money.

Lets move on to Poyet and Sunderland.

Which EPL team should Will Hughes move to?
-
• #90330
Sunderland, he can help with the push for playoffs next season.

Maybe Poyet saves them from relegation and moves to a bigger small club like Neverton before building up to his dream job managing Spurs, where he eventually signs Will Hughes and does the treble based on a team built around the albino wonderkid.

There's not a whole lot to discus - reasonably promising manager moves to consistently under performing (for spend) team in the North East, who have just spent pretty large on a large pile of dead wood at the behest of a nutter. Fin.

If Will Hughes goes to Spurs that'll be a disaster.
-
• #90334
He should go to Fulham.

• #90335
Will Hughes should go to Aston Villa or Everton (if either of those 2 could afford him).
Both managers have shown to trust youngsters in the top division and actually have patience with them. -

He could be the next Huddlestone, or Jenas if he's lucky.

As in a millionaire footballer?

• #90338
As in being endlessly discussed by LFGSS as a potential saviour of England.

When did that happen?

Does he smoke? If so, he could be the next Wilshere.

Which EPL team should Will Hughes move to?
Forest, in the summer.

International break = time to dust down the Huddlestone for England meme.
Huddlestone has one good game = time to dust down the Huddlestone is quite good meme.

The ball would be constantly above his head.

How about Andy King, is he any good?
-
• #90345
He seems to play well every time I've seen him.
-
• #90346
and also, how is Chalobah getting on at Forest?

Will Jordan Rhodes make it to the PL?

• #90348
Is that enough Championship/Midlands talk for now?
-
• #90349
Jaw, if you're going to keep whacking out random questions we may as well go back to debating where it all went wrong for Spurs this season.

Am I the only person on here old enough to remember Groundhog Day?
Wasn't Bobby's nickname for Jermaine, Defoe?
