Pulis watched from the stands earlier an there are loads of rumours of him being the next manager. Bookies favourite is Schteve McLaren. Fuck sake...
Pulis was also at Huddersfield on Friday, he's just watching loads of matches at the moment, hardly surprising, I think his wife likes him out of the house.
Also if you asked derby fans if they'd like to be where Stoke are now in 5 years time, I think they'd be mad not to take it

If you asked Derby fans if they realised McLeish and Keane were still looking for work, they might jump at the chance to have Pulis. None would be that inspiring though. Where's Peschisolido?

I'd have McLaren any day. He's good at club level and will continue the passing game but the ability to understand tactics. Signing Steve means nailed on promotion within three seasons.

Oh and apparently Pulis was there to look at Forest for when Billy gobshite implodes.

Please please please please
I don't think this will happen. Schteve has recently started work at QPR and will be on a decent whack for polishin 'Arry's todger.
Since when is 33% win ratio seen as good. 101 loses v 70 odd wins. Later nige.
Can't deny the stats. Tactically he lacked the necessary nous, but he worked wonders in restructuring the club from the ground up.

Pulis was happily chatting away with our Chief Exec Sam Rush during the match, rumours of him being lined up before Clough was sacked are strong. Of course we'd like to be where Stoke are now, but we'd all prefer to do it without turning into a team of giant hoofballers who get sent off every other week.

McLeish is also high up the favourites list...

While I do like Schteve for fucking up Forest and being an integral part behind the best Derby team of my living memory, he is a bit hit and miss with his track record. Would love to be proved wrong if he did take the job.

Fingers crossed. This photo makes me cringe though...

I can see why, shirt, tie, jumper and jacket? Even in the fashion backwater that is the east midlands, that's a faux pas.

He's Welsh, what else did you expect?

Sam Rush (seen in the tie long enough to wipe his own arse with) is the guy that was the mastermind behind the Michael Owen sales brochure and promotional DVD. Sir Whisky Nose fell for that. Genius.

Fuck, maybe he will get Mickey Owen to manage us...

Another myth, over the past 4 seasons Arsenal have had twice as many players sent off than Stoke, but don't let facts get in the way of a good story

Exciting game at villa park.
Villa were non existent in the first half, looked out of sorts and toure and fernandinho ran the center of the park and nasri was looking like he was worth the money that they paid for him. When they went 2-1 up thought it was all over. But credit to villa fought back strongly and kept it super tight at the top. Where we are still second!Managed to watch bits of the second half of spurs v Chelsea and we were under the cosh but for some reason I didn't expect Chelsea to score. Feels like we won't buckle under the pressure nowadays.
Not the result I was looking for but it shows even at this early stage and some confidence boosting wins against weak European opposition that the team still has room to grow, Soldado hasn't shown much, and I'm still waiting for us to have a really explosive game where we look menacing from beginning to end. But the signs are good.

I know you are all wondering about the pop mimer's response.
Just found out derby have sacked Nigel Clough! That board make me sick. What do you expect a manager t do with no money! Fools.

I still think that Mourinho hasn't worked out his preferred system and first XI yet. Even when it seems so obvious to all that the best XI shouldn't feature Lampard and Terry.
I'd like to see him play Luiz-Cahill-Ivanovic at the back with Cole and Azipilicueta pushed further up the pitch. Midfield consisting of Ramires and Oscar. Mata wide on the right and Hazard on the left. I'll leave the striker/no striker conundrum to the experts. -

Jaw, despite what mourinho said, felt like a draw was the right result yesterday. Though you had a lot of pressure, doesn't seem like lloris had to make a lot of saves to preserve the points. Correct?

5-4-1 then? Sounds about right for a Mourinho side.

Chelsea have to get some width and have to start playing Mata and Azpilicueta.
They can fit Lampard in if they want but I wouldn't bother

Chelsea's biggest issue is their forwards wouldn't get into any of the teams in the top 6.

Brlliant, brilliant, brilliant
United are finished as a Premier League force. They are a shambles with that clueless cunt steering the ship.
Nice to see those other cunts lose at Villa. If Tottenham or Arsenal don't win the league this season they will never get a better chance.
Unlucky Fulham, I like Martin Jol.
How long will Moyes last is now the question? I think all true fans of football have been waiting for this for longer than a decade and it is just great.
Arsenal to bottle it tonight
Michael. How many times?!
-

Moyes has nothing to lose at the moment why not play Zaha mix it up a bit? Stop relying on people like Anderson who have had their chance.
Exactly how much did they pay for Anderson?

£20-odd million pounds wasn't it?
Nice to see the 'savior' Kagawa being hauled off at half-time.
