Sessegnon is a class player. Good piece of business but very unlike albion to get imbroiled in panic buying on the last day. We will see if this works for us or whether there are problems with Clarke. Think the new midfielder will benefit us more and could be the key.

Mario Gomez went for 13m, why not have gone for him? or Aubameyang? I still think there are a lot of questions that need to be answered and the signing of one player should not be allowed to paper over the cracks of utter incompetence all summer.

I am also of the opinion we need defensive cover and another body in midfield. We need a squad able to compete 3 times a week and we simply don't have the numbers. I so wanted to be positive but I cant be totally happy.
