I thought it was just that I am bigger.

It's definitely started; I was on train to Putney from Waterloo on Saturday and there were a couple of under-10 kids with cut-glass accents in those black Citeh away shirts with their mama and papa.

Ronnie, you have to pay to watch football like that. It's not like the halcyon days of Maine Road when you could watch a game, get trashed, have a chip supper and a couple of brasses and still have change from a tenner (provided you didn't buy a programme). Mind you, you were watching them edge towards relegation.n.
Jamie Oliver though?
My ST still works out at less than £30 a game, so I'm paying a lot less than say, let's pick someone at random shall we, Arsenal. Where they appear to be hoping they'll spend £50m on a racist cannibal.
There's a lot of new food concessions at the ground this season, including fruit stalls. Peter Swales would be spinning in his grave etc..

Smaller, and just as horrible as they used to be.

In the days of Bates, we used to be offered delights such as bagels with cream cheese and smoked salmon. Today it is just burgers, hot dogs and oven chips. One problem at Stamford Bridge is that there are a huge variety of eateries near the ground and so considerable competition. There are swanky eating places for the posh seats, of which there are many, but not for the likes of me.

Our programmes are still £3 which they have been since a price increase 12 years ago. Haven't bought one in years.

At White Hart Lane (that's where Spurs play Corny) they didn't used to sell black coffee. Only white. Black coffee was thought to be too middle class.
Coffee? Foreign muck.

Looks like Willian is joining The Spuds. That's another of our targets they have hijacked. We really need to start throwing them some shit to get them off our scent. They are like a pack of dirty dogs sniffing around after us.

And Arsenal.
Every club in the land you have £154million in cash to spend on players and then you go and offer £10million here a few million there. Put your hands in your pockets and offer a club the full value of their players you bunch of tight wads. -

Really surprised - normally they are a little more shrewd than that.
