Looks like Liverpool will decline the europa fair place place if they get it... which looks unlikely as england are forth in the fair play league (top 3 get the positions)
Allow the tour down under I guess. "Concentrate on domestic competitions" as well

Bayern fans singing "football's coming home" at Highbury may give cause to re-evaluate the German sense of humour. Top top trolling.
Don't think they were trolling.

I think they were referring to the final being in Wembley.

Lovely to see Barca and Real getting destroyed. Hopefully this will also see the end of Spains dominance and every commentator this side of the North Pole wanking off about tic-tacs every time one of this lot play >>>>

Bayern still have Jerome Boateng at centre-back. That is a considerable weakness in any side.

Also I wonder if the semi finals would have gone the same way if Bayern and Dortmund switched Spanish opponents. Bayern are a team perfectly set up for playing against Barca, with two very mobile and technically proficient deep lying midfielders, and a lightning fast break. Dortmund play in a similar manner on the break, but arguably without the same solidity in central midfield where Barca like to play through. Although Dortmund are capable of counter attacking very vertically with Lewandowski leading the line, a tactic Barca seem to struggle against. Real play in a similar fashion to Bayern against Barca and have had success this season, so that would have made for a fascinating game too.

...counter attacking very vertically...
What does this even mean?

I much prefer the new LFC kit, I might actually buy this one. I refused to by any of this years, as they were all shit. Especially the purple one.

Something like this, but with Alonso doing the hoofing instead of [insert West Ham player here].

sounds like they need a carroll

If reports are to be believed, we are interested in resigning Alonso in the summer. I can't see it myself

Why would one of the best players at one of the biggest clubs in the world go to a mid table Prem club?
-
• #80193
I thought this discussion was how shit he now was?

• #80194
We will adjust our conversation to how we want it to troll. You know that Mike, C'mon. Don't start throwing logic at the football thread.
-
• #80195
I don't think he is shit. He is the player I would want to be if I was taller, hansomer, better at football and Spanisher.

• #80196
That's TS in a nutshell.
