Well the police have now, after two days of hard hitting investigation at the public expence, concluded that there is no case.

There are now calls for an 8 month ban, long that the dope cheat Ferdinand's 6 months and the same that Cantona got for kicking a spectator, albeit a Palace fan and a racist.

In the same week, the FA has once again taken no action against Ferguson and will take no action against Swansea for either issuing a direction to or at least failing to control it's ball boys.
