Putting his diving skills to good use.

But he wasn't running so fast that he had no choice...

Presumably he just uses his ears to save the ball?

QPR being both energetically wasteful and ineffectual. Ain't that the truth.

After seeing the Swansea ball boy keep possession of the ball for more than 5 seconds it has emerged that West Ham have enquired about a swap deal for Carlton Cole.

Despite the oversized ballboys refusal to bring charges, South Wales Police are continuing their investigation into the incident two days after it occurred on the basis of three complaints that they have received. One from Kent, another from Sussex and the third from West Wales. They say that they are obliged to take it forward.
How come then that if one is knocked off one's bike deliberately by a driver or has one's home burgled, the police don't do anything? Can a two day investigation really be justifed on cost terms? What is there that takes two days to find out? They interviewed the supposed victim on Wednesday. Presumably they have watched the videos including the camera angle that shows no contact was made. What else is necessary? If they are going to bring charges, they should do so immediately. Why delay?

You are almost advocating the wearing of friendship scarves in your last paragraph there Clive. All your hatred being focused on Benny has softened you up.

As an homage to those times, perhaps Sunday should be a day of natural fibres; wools and cotton (a waxed cotton jacket over a nice pullover would be ideal). Leather shoes or cowboy boots.

Looks like Hazard is going to get th book thrown at him by the FA
The Belgian midfielder, 22, faces an automatic three-match ban for his dismissal, but the FA alleges the standard punishment was "clearly insufficient".

Ridiculous, he did nothing wrong...

Erm. He kicked an innocent child whilst on the floor?
-
• #74816
Er... He kicked a ball out from underneath a ball boy who was trying to keep said ball out of play instead of returning it to the field of play...
And he's Welsh... And 17, old enough to get a drink in the pub... With a meal... And get married... And drive a car... And join the armed forces...

What's being Welsh got to do with it? -

He's not old enough to buy a drink in a pub. This isn't Spain!

It's an Englishman's right to kick a Welshman. Hazard does not have this defence on account of him not being English.
I think the only reasonable outcome is to put both of them in a pit with hungry badgers and let nature decide.
