Orient have fans?
He's a fan in much the same way as BRM's a Foxes fan... But he's actually been to a game, maybe two...

With the money Liverpool are saving on YJC, that seems a bargain. Also Sneidjer will fill the press and give Suarez some breathing space.

supposedly Sneijder is willing to take a big pay cut to come to play in the PL.
Listening to football weekly, they bought up the possibility that Guardiola was running scared of having to face Mourinho in the PL, so posited the theory that it would be great if Klopp comes to Chelsea, and then Mourinho would take over at Dortmund, forcing Guardiola out of Bayern and into the arms of some PL club...
Well I thought it was amusing.

You know who I'd love to see manage in english football, Zdenek Zeman. Attack, attack, attack! Every match would be a 5-3 thriller...
List of foreign managers who'd make the PL interesting:
Zdenek Zeman

Not quite with Snjeder... I think there's been talks but there's zero chance of us paying that. I can imagine IF we get him he'll be very well paid, but he's said we want to move for sporting reasons.... we shall see

if he drops his wages to 90k a week there'll be plenty of other teams interested and we still won't get him
catch 22

A top, proven European midfielder available and wants to come to the premier league. Why would we go for him?
-
• #74122
Because he's a fucking show pony, will fuck up your team, and demand high wages.
On the plus point, he might stop Steve getting a game again.
-

Sneijder's never taking a drop in wages to 90k, he'll lose half, 150k maybe, but as in anything, you drop your rate, its difficult to get it back up again. Obviously right now he's overpaid, but the same applies..
Also Liverpool are going to find themselves in the same position as the rest of us trying to break into the top four, as soon as your best players look to renegotiate their contracts, and you've got a hard wage ceiling you'll be unable to hold onto them, if someone waves an extra 60k a week at them..

If anyone thinks that FFP is going to work they're very much mistaken. If governments around the world can't close loopholes for billionaires and multinational corporations alike what makes you think that a little organisation such as UEFA can do the opposite?
UEFA are dependent on these teams, they need the fans, the players and the prestige.
One way or another all CL winning teams have made excessive losses that would not be accepted under FFP - do you really think UEFA are going to expel all those teams?
Hmmm... Mind if I bring an Orient fan?
