Apparently Roberto DiMatteo is even more disliked than the arrogant bellend he succeeds Odds on him not making it through to May? Pretty short I'd say.
It cant b much fun as a Chelsea fan knowing a manager sacked by Liverpool turned you down so you have to settle for a 'relegation' managerYou just can't buy that kind of style
I still think they should have drafted in Warnock. His no nonsense Northern approach would have sorted out The Nancy Boys

Wasn't it Athletico Madrid that changed their managers every couple of months? Well you can see how that paid of for those giant of Europe.
Under the presidency of Jesus Gil. Jesus Gil was a crook, a nutter & well-known for his right wing politics. The prototype PL owner, in other words.

If they had a bunch of boys as tough as Nancy, they'd win everything. FACT.

One for Shocklee. Is Pavel Pogrebnyak the only player to have racked up 5 goals or more in his first ever three Premier League matches?

Yesterday was good fun. We really did play some good stuff. I disliked Wolves under McCarthy, mostly because they played anti-football so well. Wolves were less aggressive and tried to play (a bit) which gave us enough space to run riot. Blackburn at home for them next week is massive. I will be willing them on. Dembele and Dempsey were fantastic. I just hope we don't lose both in the summer.

Marco, you must be quite pleased with the way Fulham are progressing under Jol. Good football is being played with a good blend of young and old coming through.
Not a bad run in either. PL survival seems a dead cert and it looks like it's between Swansea and yourselves for the annual fair play trophy.

Yep. Tottenham are the current leaders of the prestigious Fair Play Throphy. Swansea will be the highest ranking team to not qualify properly, so if England get a place, they will be off on a Euro party.
I'm delighted with Jol. The football we are playing is great and the players he's brought in are superb. It would be nice if we were a bit better away (and then attendances would rise a bit) but you can't have everything.

"What is for sure is that, despite unlimited wealth, they haven't worked out how to build a successful football club," Bevan told BBC radio 5 live.
"Looking for his [owner Roman Abramovich's] eighth manager in nine years is a serious embarrassment."A stylish embarrassment though

It is pretty embarassing that Chelsea have spent more on managers than Arsenal have on players....

Jol has been excellent, and Pogrebnyak is really showing that it is not the case of beginners luck...that has got to be one of the best transfers of the season in my view.

I'd agree, plenty of clubs regularly change managers and still win plenty like Real Madrid, I doubt embarrassment applies at Chelsea. Or are you suggesting it's embarrassing for Arsenal ?

AVB has cost chelsea £ 900k per week ( rough calculations ) averaging it all out roughly
you could have got messi for that -

I'm struggling to think of another example. Real can get away with it because they has so much money to burn.
I think Chelsea should be embarrassed to have spent that much on changing the manager, and still be below Arsenal, whose team is their worst since they moved to North London (™ Roy Keane).

Chelsea's managers have got consistently shorter since Ruud Gullitt. Messi could fit in, but the Argentinians have never been known for style.
Lionel Blair would be better. At least he could choreograph some decent goal celebrations and set pieces.

does that refer to their heigh in inches or their tenure in days
soon they'll be changing manager on a bi-weekly basis
how is chelsea's financial fair play policy going now ? much like liverpools title challenge ? .... maybe next year

Seleyman Kerimov seems to do whatever he likes, in a country where income tax is nowhere near as scrutinised as it is here in the UK the after tax salaries all seem relative. Eto'o is rumoured to be on $400,000 a week after tax.
The guy is printing $100 for fun and if the economy goes tits up he'll be partly held responsible for devaluing the dollar single handedly.

bet their financial fair play is going worse than chelsea's
4th place is the new cup
We are better off out the European Cup. We have five of them, so let's not be greedy. Concentrate on finishing seventh this year and without European footie next season we can dominate the league. Provided we get knocked out The UEFA Cup early
