That movement for the 2nd goal would have taken apart any defence in the UK, FACT.

Jimm be serious. Anderson is totally unmarked throughout that whole move. when he gets it he plays it and then goes for the return. I counted three spurs players ball watching and any one of them only had to check his run and that ball gets put out for a corner. If that undoes your defence then you need some basic training or a good bollocking. It's inexcusable at this level not to close players down and then track what they do after they make a pass. Elementary football. Made Utd look good.
90% of all goals can be traced to opposition mistakes that could be easily cut out. Spurs were ropey in defence so utd scored three. Teams like Utd understand these equations so they make sure they defend properly and when they have the ball they distribute it accurately knowing that other teams will eventually make a defensive mistake. This will inevitably come about from a poor pass from the opposition midfield which then means their defense is out of position and can be exploited. If not then just plain good old fashioned bad marking and tracking will do it for you. The other 10% is your Messy and your Rooney -

Wenger is amazing at selling players, I read an article the other day that he had made upwards of £120 million in profit from players (pre fabregas).
He should get a job at Tescos then

He should get involved in people-trafficking - there's bundles to made in that game. Mind you, it is more of a bulk operation. A bit more Primark than Prada.

True, defence was shit, it was a combination of ball watching and being concerned with rooney coming in at the back post that allowed anderson to walk straight down the middle. I still think its difficult to defend 3 players attacking you like that though.
Btw I never said wenger being good at selling is ncesarily a good thing.

as much as it pains me
Dear Arsen ,
If you want to see how to bring young players through the ranks and integrate them into your team, please refer to Mr. A Ferguson of 14, Alton Street, Hinchley Bottom, Manchester for your answers. How the fuck does Fergie do it. I just wish he'd piss off out of it back to Scotland to eat haggis and drink whiskey and red wine. He's just spoiling football now with his good man management and player scouting.

if wenger was managing west brom i'd think that was amazing. But the deal is this...he's managing a team that used to win the league and had serious eyes on the champions league. He has now turned them into a team that don't win any trophies and will struggle to finish top 4. The quality of their football is diminishing, their very talented players are leaving but they make a profit buy selling people on? This is a ridiculous position to be in.
Whether he buys or brings on the youth is irrelevant. He simply has to deliver success. He is failing and can't see the way forward. i.e. time to go and let somebody else do the job. All other fans are laughing and glad that Wenger is staying because it means more chance for the rest of us.Also pains me to agree with that.. Thems the facts..
Thats a lot of pain on a morning I should be sat here laughing at spurs!

Be serious Greasy - a disgruntled midfielder who clearly doesn't want to be there, little and large who couldn't hit a cows arse with a banjo each, a WHU reject as a manager and bottom of the league in a truly vile place in London...
What's to not laugh at?

Good to see Spurs staying consistent. Last win at OT was in black and white.
VDV has been reading up on Roy of the Rovers a bit too much.Utd have one of the worst ever refereeing/lino decisions in history to thank for that

so Everton have been the first team to reach the wondrous level of 100 games lost at home in the Premier league. Consistently mediocre.
QPR can stick that feather in their cap.

Poor deflection tactics
You're still bottom of the league

After playing one game.
The fact that Everton are only above us via GD after one game, and lost at home to QPR is neither here nor there is it?
Spurs lost to Utd, but at least it's out of the way now. I'd be more concerned as an Everton fan, than I am as a Spurs fan.

So nice to see all the attention on the demise of Arsenal, Spurs being bottom and Everton being, well, shite.
Moyes to Arsenal before Christmas anyone? Arsene in the other direction. He'll do well there with no money to spend

Radio 5 - Liverpool fan that was drunk and turned up late without a ticket at Hillsborough believes that only the police were to blame for the disaster. Other phone in man asks him what might of happened if the police didn't let them all into the ground after kick off.........no real answer but it was the fault of the police not the people who turned up late and drunk without tickets who then tried to force their way into the game. Interesting

Not sure as yet, he was only shown the exit due to the Riise incident, but I suspect his pace is lacking compared to previous years but as a back up striker/winger we could do worse
Seems we might also be in for Coates the young Uruguayan lad that looks promising longer term
Corny - I thought spurs came out to win that game in the second half but sloppy passing and poor tracking cost you. watch Anderson ghost in for the second, where was the basic marking? it's frustrating to see professionals lapse in concentration so poorly when you know they can match the opposition.
Utd's Goalie is a dud. FACT
