'cos (as ever these days) he's all over the BBC whinging and complaining. Interviewed yesterday saying the stadium selection process is flawed. Also appearing on BBC Saturday football prog, in which he admitted he knew very little about football, then proceeded to pontificate at great length about football matters.
If I wasn't already not paying for a TV licence, I definitely wouldn't now.

I only ever bought the odd DVD, and don't even bother with that anymore. It's not Sugar I especially have a problem with, it's his ubiquity on the BBC that grates. The world is full of jumped up cunts, who think because they are rich, what they have to say is worth listening to. It's not.

Costs of selling a club who play in a 32,000 seater stadium, against costs of selling a club who play in a 44,000 seater stadium.
It's not that difficult. The cost of a club is based on revenue and assets. That stadium is a pretty massive revenue stream, and certainly increased the price of the club. Some corrupt little man from the far east capitalised on that "gift" from Manchester, and the tax payers.
If you don't think it did, then your blinded by your love for your club.

It's not an asset if you don't actually own it. Plus City had to bear the cost of converting it from Athletics to footy use. All of which was agreed and in place before the stadium was even built. TBF Tottenham's idea was perfectly fair, I'm just glad they didn't get it, 'cos I can't stand 'em. I couldn't give a flying one about access to athletics facilities in East London.
