Nah, not really, he'll just give them a huge shot in the arm (financial doping, I know) before it all kicks in and we'll have a young squad that starts paying for itself. With Kakuta, Ivanovic, Bruma, van Aanholt, Ramires, Luiz, McEachran and Sturridge all gaining experience I'm actually quite optimistic about the future.
