I have played Sunday football for 18 years, I have never, ever worn a pair of gloves, or even worn a t-shirt over my shirt.
Thanks for reading.

Are there Chelsea players who wear snoods?
(please god, if you're there, throw up an image quickly)I think that you will find Chelsea players well tutored in this respect.

35M for Carrol?!?! When will this madness end?
Well he is young. And like house prices everything is inflated...I guess?
-
• #27332
I was kidding, of course it's ok for training.
To be honest I don't really see what the problem is during a match. It's been bloody cold this winter. I remember everybody started bellowing out of thier prams when footballers started wearing gloves as well.
You wouldn't of seen Terry Butcher wearing a fucking snood.
They are for pansies. End ofIn other news. All bets on Caroll joining the Pool are off

The trouble with him being young is that he is unproven and he might not be able to look after his body.
He looks like he likes a drink and in 2 or 3 years time, may end up finished if he doesn't look after himself properly.
But you never know -

legrottaglie, Mexes are both free agents in the summer, and have a wealth of experience in europe.
Mertesacker, Albiol, Sakho, Cahill are all in my opinion talented defenders at the right stage of their career to improve our defence.
You're right about the money and wages, but we do not have 4 fit defenders, and Squillaci fills me with as much confidence as Stepanovs!
Are Liverpool really gonna swap Torres out, and bring in Andy Carroll?! How about we loan you Bendtner and you loan us Torres...

Dirk's dad? ...good call.

But if you compare it to the Torres deal it's about right. Carroll +£15M seems ok to me.

chelsea to pull out of torres deal and liverpool go bust!

• #27345
This is laughably horrible.

I would rather we took 40million + Anelka

Caroll has played 33 top flight games and one international.

Isn't there a court order that says Carroll has to live with that other Newcastle player? Does he have to come as part of the deal?

No, happy endings are not mandatory.

£35mil for Carrol? He looks good but has only played in the prem for half a season. King Kenny is a mad as Raffa!
