Actually The Very Banned One is still too excited about Everton's 1-1 win on Saturday to think of anything else other than the abject failure of the moderators to delete the wretched poll which is polluting his thread.

I'm not suggesting anything, the last time I did, this place shuddered and spasmed itself into a mighty merge fest.

Why is he so bothered about the poll? Isn't he going to be a father? needs to chill out...

And on a personal note, I wish people would stop ripping it into gazza, yes, he has gone completely mental due to his hedonistic path to self destruction, however he is one of the greatest most passionate footballers our country has ever seen and he still deserves the respect that entails. I'm sure, even in Manchester that you wouldn't go around laughing at a homeless person if they'd lost everything and gone mad from a drug addiction.

Yeah, leave Gazza alone. It's no longer funny, just very sad - he was my hero when I was a kid

It's more a dig at Newcastle than Gazza himself.

Sorry mate, but he made a fortune being one of the greatest players of his time. I don't want to speculate into the inner workings of his mind as to work out how he lost it, as, unlike you, I have enough respect to know when to leave well alone.

Got to agree with the Manc here.
It is pretty funny. Admittedly its a tragic case, but you have to be held responsible for what you do in life and if you chose to drink yourself into the gutter then you leave yourself open for people to take the piss. If he wanted to sort himself out he probably could. Anyway, this thread is not the place for over sensitivity -

Give it a rest.
Wait, have you not read this thread?
