I said a few pages ago that Liverpool have no realistic chance of winning the league, perhaps ever again. So yes it is about lowering expectations and trying to enjoy the victories that we have. If we happen to beat The Scum or The Chavs along the way then even better

The odd win in the League Cup is all very nice, but it isn't what legends are made of is it? It's a consolation prize, some crumbs off the big boys' table for the less fortunate.

Then to claim that 4th is comparable to winning a trophy? Since when? All it means is you get to stick your snout in the cash stuffed trough of the Champions League, UEFA's jewel in the crown; an obscene competition that allows the rich clubs to remain top dogs in their domestic leagues and discriminates against the rest. They should rename it the Greedy Rich Bastards League.

Thought I'd try my luck on here; I was wondering if anyone knew/had any Liverpool tickets available for this season. Or how I would go about getting a couple. They are for my housemate for his birthday, and their website isn't that helpful!
