They're basing it on our 83/84, 84/85 strip which was obviously one of our most successful periods - maybe to inspire the new breed :-)
Agree, they do need to sort out the neckline though

Everton v Arsenal Final then! ;-)
-
• #1634
Well done Arsenal.
I didn't realise the game was on until I got to Holloway Road at about 7ish. It was mayhem. I like to avoid that area when a match is on, especially when its dark and I can't see too well. Combined with Paddies night, there were pissed people all over the place.Should be a good final whatever teams are involved. Hopefully that will be Arsenal v Everton though so I can watch Everton get beaten with my Gooner mates

Commendable but misguided.

Proving to be a right pain getting Semi tickets - The knobbys at the FA have only given us both 32k tickets. Our 28k season ticket holders get priority, then our 9k members(which I stupidly never renewed this season), then anyone with 4 Cup(including Carling And Uefa) ticket stubs(I haven't been to any this season), then any left will go on general sale!
Looks like I'll be watching on ITV :-(
Fuckin FA! Holding back and giving 26k tickets, yes **26,000 **to Wembley members and corporate! And I always thought he FA Cup was for the fans!? Pfffff, cunts!

Agreed.

Gallas was 3yrds offside last night
I know it came off the keepers fist BUT, split second before that an Arsenal player got a flick first so therefore Gallas was already in an offside position -
• #1639
The goal stood though. Not point crying over spilt milk.

• #1640
True....

Anyway did Fabregas really gob at Brian Horton's feet? If so, his spitting is as wayward as Bendtner's shooting.
-
• #1642
fucking Dull should stop making stories up about spitting and practice their time wasting.
Everton V Arsenal would make a good final. we got 32,000 tickets but i am struggling to get one even with my season ticket - i get my away games through other members so don't get the points. i got to sort that out next season or i might miss our European victory!

seats were offered as part of the financing scheme. tickets to all sports events and major finals for paying a wedge to allo stoned aussies to laze around the building site for several years.

can I ask, whats the point in getting pissy over someone spitting at your feet, if he'd spat on him, in his face I can understand, but in his general direction, what is this Georgian times, I demand satisfaction you dirty spainard...
-
• #1645
It's such a non-story. Spaniard spits at ground near other man. Wtf?
-
• #1646
Thing is though, they first said he gobbed at him on the pitch after the match(which is bollocks cos it'd be picked up on TV), now they're saying it was in the tunnel. Make your mind up...

agree CB, footballers spit like Bob Carolgees mate and its hardly disrespectful to have it land on your foot. move on!
On another note I eventually got to see the mighty Arshavin in full flow, what a fantastic player; he owns it! his movement and reading of the game is something else.
-
• #1648
ah they are all a bunch of failed fishmongers that can trott on back to the championship

Said way back that Arshavin's ace
