Pretty garbage that Salah gets injured and the solution is Henderson playing RW.

Why did it take Squires to inform me of Godspeed You! Black Emperor?
I could have been listening to this for the past 25 years if someone had let me know. How my life might have been different.

I can't tell if this is sarcasm or not...

It’s not. Until I googled to find out where the words he used came from, I had never heard of them. I listened and their music resonated.

united are shit at the moment. but in good company with spurs and arsenal. really hope premier league properly shaken up this year by the likes of teams like wolves, Leicester (again obvs), palace, west ham, burnley, villa and sheffield united.
be great to move away from the established top six rubbish.

Excellent!

Jonny. Don't forget us. We are in another crisis ridden season. Heavens, we even lost 4-0 to United.

You can’t put Spurs in the Utd bracket. United need to spend on arguably every position and they’ve got a poor manager.
It will take Spurs a couple of years to sink to that level.
Wonder how many empty seats there’ll be at Spurs tonight?

spurs are certainly better than united at this point. no argument there though they are only 2 points above united. my point is as that spurs, united and arsenal have been part of the big six for most of recent premier history and they are all looking a bit rubbish at the moment. go on clive you can throw Chelsea in there too.
I am enjoying a league where brighton turn over spurs, wolves turn over city and almost anyone can turn over united. except Liverpool of course

It is indeed a most interesting season, as was last. Both United and Arsenal look to be several years from competing for the top again. Well run and managed clubs like Leicester are taking full advantage.
Also both the Championship and Bundesliga look great so far. Sheff Wed were a goal off top on Friday night, a late equaliser conceded and now they're barely top six. -

Not that many, especially with the 200 or so red star fans who made their way into the nose bleed seats, and started chanting and jumping as the match kicked off and kept it up throughout.
Glad yesterday was my first game at the new stadium. Felt like we were the spurs of 16/17 17/18, lots of hustle and endeavour and some great finishing. Belgrade were poor though. Had a couple of weak shots and not much else.
Ndombele is the engine that makes us go, and he’s not even fully upto speed yet. Lo Celso got a run out, son was electric and it raised my spirits after the last couple of weeks. Felt like a bit of a reset.
Not confident about the match against Liverpool despite them playing so poorly against utd. Currently hoping we don’t get battered. But it would be fun to take points off Liverpool and Man City..

That's a very fancy stadium to lose to Newcastle at...

you can't win them all.

I know that from deep and miserable experience but our stadium didn’t cost £1Bn!
Does look lovely though.

at last we are hitting a bit of form in europe, our first away win in the group stages for 2 years
we looked tidy against average opposition last night, good to see the ox take his chance and score from the midfield role something we've been missing a bit recently, in fact our defenders have scored more than our midfield this seasonnervy game against spurs this weekend, their win must have done their confidence a bit of good

It's just sputsy

Don’t go all @WornCleat on me. You guys are favourites to win this one, and on current form (win against red star notwithstanding) we’ll do well to get something from the game..

'Rob, from London, and Lee, from Leicester, spent around £200 each on train and match tickets only to mistakenly end up 95 miles from where the match was being played.'
Plastic kopites etc.

I’m not sure they’d have had any more luck finding Anfield

To be fair, a friend of mine once flew to San Diego instead of Santiago

Good to see Corndog posting again. It was presumably prompted by Spurs’ upturn in form with the 1-1 home draw against the mighty Watford?

Quite perplexing to see Liverpool fans displaying a racist banner. Thought they were only victims of that sort of thing.
-
• #151599
At least the club came out and condemned it this time.

Did they condemn the racist abuse Hamza Choudhury got?
Absolutely superb. Godspeed you Sven-Goran
