  • I don't think anyone knows what the fuck is happening at Chelsea right now, it's a fucking mystery...

  • If either Arsenal or Chelsea win the europa (IF) would they take the place of someone who finishes forth.

    Is that right?

No. If Chelsea get fifth and win the Europa, we get five places - like with ManU a couple of years ago.

But if Man U and Arsenal get third and fourth and Tottenham and Chelsea win the CL and EL, the fourth placed team lose out on the CL as we can only have a total of five places.

  • another tidy performance by the reds
keita attempted to break shane longs quickest all time premiershit goal but came up 8 seconds shy.... unlucky lad

  • It was truly incredible to see the team with several £50m-plus players sweep Huddersfield aside.

  • Lol, nice one.

Best player in the championship. Fact.

Will show what he can do in the PL next year... Hopefully with us. Certainly won't be out of his depth.
    Looking forward to the playoffs?

  • play offs will be exciting.
Really not bothered if we dont go up at all. In fact to be honest would prefer to stay down here. No point in going up with this squad at all. No manager in place. Lots of loan players that will be gone indicates that we will need to replace them just to have what we have now which is a team that misfires too often. Cant defend at all which will be punished far more than it is in the championship.
We feel a little lost at the moment and I'm not sure of the club has a plan or a strategy based on the Moore sacking.
We have an excellent youth set up with a couple of young players breaking through but they need another year at this level before being thrust into the premier league.
I havent missed the Prem one little bit. Southampton, Brighton and pretty much every team outside f the top 6 are experiencing the drudgery of playing not to lose.
Championship remains the best league in the world. Just ask Derby fans

  • Definitely agree. The downside are the financial restrictions... Coming out of parachute payments we are buggered / starting again if we don't go up this season + selling the likes of Grealish. Plus the refs are quite shit.
But winning regularly, competing for something, loads of games - yeah that's good. It's a fun league.
Loans are tricky... When they work like Abraham, Tuanzebe, and you get a better player than you could afford its fantastic but very short term. If you have the option to buy they make more sense.
Hope to enjoy the playoffs more this year, but it's going to be tight.

  • Top Spursiness at the Lavatory of Broken Dreams...

  • hope Furious T enjoyed that. first goal to be scored at the new spurs stadium too. sounds like it was a good one too.

  • I loved it!

After a fair few games this season where we’ve played well and not got anything (at Old Trafford for example) I thought we were lucky to get to halftime level and after the break we were closing down far more and getting more of the ball, punishing their narrow play.
Yet again Fabianski was outstanding, Rice was continuing to to be a joy to watch, Balbuena & Diop both made great challenges and blocks, Antonio scored a peach but for me Noble was my MotM, he really seems to be benefiting from the freedom that having Rice behind him has given him.

At the same time though it’s frustrating that we play so well against the top 6 O
but frequently don’t turn up to those around or below us.

Still love beating Spurs though ⚒

  • Told you it would be a match you guys were up for.
Result almost ruined jnr’s first birthday for me, that and not being able to get a Ticket for the ajax match, sold out after 40mins of hitting refresh..
But jnr’s currently still rampaging through the middle of the tulse hill hotel , and his squeaks of delight make me happy so onwards and upwards.

Hopefully we’ll secure top four, by virtue of everyone below us doing us a favour this weekend or next and we’ll pull out a result on Tuesday...

  • Sour grapes!
You wish you had a stadium half as good..

  • Was shocked today when minutes after going a goal ahead I could hear “Come on you Spurs”.

Just seen a film from an empty White Hart Lane where they’re pumping “Come on you Spurs” through the speakers.

    What a load of arse!

  • I'll stick with the trophies, thanks... 🏆>💩

  • Yeah, the Championship is a fun watch, but a bit boring going to the same teams, and every so often a different yo-yo team, each season. The FFP rules pretty much mean that teams that do get promoted are more likely to get relegated the next season as it's too hard to fill the squad with the necessary quality to stay alive in the EPL. Norwich could be alright next season, or at least put up a fight. Might put a cheeky 10er on The Blades to beat our 11 point record next season. I really don't know how Chris Wilder or his bargain buys will adapt.

We've nearly secured another couple of weeks of agony before we wet the bed spectacularly again, which is a pleasant surprise compared to recent end of season slumps. If we don't go up again (likely), I'd prefer one either WBA or Villa to go up. Anyone but Leeds...

  • ‘Norwich could be alright next season, or at least put up a fight’

I’m hoping so...we’re a totally different side to the one that got relegated last time under Hughton (was dreadful to watch!), and Farke’s assembled a side that’s more enjoyable to watch than Lambert’s back-to-back promotion winning one was.

We’ve got a fluidity now, you can see us work through the gears with every player good on the ball - we all wondered how we’d replace Maddison, but we have...and on the cheap too, as well as bringing through youngsters like Lewis, Godfrey and Aarons from the academy (all could/will play for much bigger sides in the future).

I’m excited to see who we end up bringing in to help this current squad evolve, but mainly chuffed that Farke gets to have a shot at the top flight...have a feeling we’ll become the Premier League’s hipster club of choice!

  • Some next level North London bed wetting again this weekend.

Watch us follow suit against Man U.

  • Well that was quite a game. Dirty, dirty Leeds living up to full reputation. Well done Bielsa for proper sporting behaviour.

  • Schmeichel completed more passes than any Arsenal player in the first half and copped an assist in the second...

  • And Spurs' relentless attempts to not finish in the top 4 hit another obstacle!! With our superior goal difference winning next two games guarantees a seeding however 3 points from two games should mean 4th and yet another Group of Death! Unless we win it of course 😉

  • fuuuuuuuuuuuuuck

  • The Leeds Villa game was nuts. Hats of to Bielsa for doing the right thing but can’t imagine Leeds are much of a team right now.

  • More assists than Özil this season?
