Teddy Sheringham seems to have demonstrated himself to be suitable as a future forest manager. They love an ex player there so you can't rule that one out.
I guess Chesterfield are thinking that even if he is found guilty again he may end up with a sentence so short as to be wiped out by time already served. Or worst case the trail will drag on and they'll have him for half the season until he gets sent down again. Either way I guess technically he hasn't committed a crime as yet, he's just got questionable morals and a lack of respect for women. Hardly going to be that out of place in most football clubs.
