Looked at from a purely performance perspective, the extended summer break gave Suarez the rest to produce the best season of his career. He still looked burnt out by the end of the season though.
Given the injury pre World Cup, the extra time off may be exactly what he needs before this season. Suarez on red hot form in the latter part of the season could be decisive, wherever he is playing.

Not excited by the possible cambiasso transfer, not sure he brings anything to the team that we don't already have, and he's older so more mileage on the midfield engine.
Still disappointed by dembele's performances last season and he seems to have brought that form with him into the World Cup...Gonna miss the holland match tomorrow will be driving back from Yorkshire so radio 5 live it is... Wish tomorrows matches had been swapped round, any match with Greece in it is bound to be a snooze fest...
