This is the Hillsborough memorial. I am sure that people pay tribute in their own way on the dates of other memorials, but by doing so Today, takes away the gravity and enormity of the whole Hillsborough situation - the justice and truth that has been covered up for 25 years now.

On another subject, this is the first time in 7 years that Dagenham and Redbridge haven't been involved in a promotion or relegation battle. Seeing as we were no 1 favourites to be relegated this season, its a bloody miracle.

Bollocks, utter fucking bollocks.

The whole fucking point of Hillsborough is (unless you are Sun Scum blaming thieving scousers) that it could have happened to any set of football fans, and that liverpool were screwed by a corrupt state because they were football fans, not because they were liverpool fans.

It really would not detract at all to say something along the lines of "As we remember those who died at Hillsborough perhaps we should take a little time to also remember those who died in the fire at bradford - just like us, another set of fans who went to a football match and did not come home through no fault of their own."

My point is that, despite being 100% in the right, that Liverpool do themselves no favours by -

(1) Being professional victims extraordinaire
(2) Never mentioning that the tragedy at Hillsborough was one of a number of similar tragedies.
(3) Thinking that anyone with a right mind gives a fuck about them as a club and wants them to win the league.

As someone who hates Thatcher, the Tories and Police I am 100% behind Liverpool in their fight for justice.
