Really hungry hamsters - in short I dunno. Acid bath mayb, though if it's been enammeled properly (ie not from a paint can) you best go buy a dremel or similar or get stuck in with the sand paper.

  • What kind of nitromors do you have?

I've been running it with cruiser bars as a big bmx. Would be perfect for polo. Looking for £50 collected, or we can meet up, I'm in moseley....

hey...still have this for sale peeps...now has a dmr fork instead, has a headset, bmx stem and cruiser bars included, can be run 26", 24", geared, singlespeed, fixed, free, disc braked, rim braked...was going to build it up as a jump bike but i'm 6ft1 and would rather have something bigger. Still £50! Still a perfect polo chassis! Although I've never played polo...

  • http://www.lfgss.com/thread55807.html#post1805032 fucking cool looking bike, with bags of po(lo)tential. Nearby, too. Trying to justify it for myself...

  • bargain from mr n3lson there. I already own something similar though.

Simple, this would be a good choice for you too. Add some cranks, wheels, seat & brake then its a full bike. Someone was selling DMR forks on the classifieds here for £50 on their own!

  • cheers for that dan, Its a very fun little bike and I didn't really want to sell it but there will be a couple of little extra bits for a local buyer...

what size frame, am interested but I dont have money right now

  • Its a bit of a messy project to be honest. And the size is large! like 19" (guess) frame. Not one for you really unless you enjoy fiddling with old beaters.

You could probably fit with the seat slammed. If your willing to take on the challenge you can have it for free for the time being and owe me. Id value extra space in my shed during winter!

Im not sure if there is a major difference but the nitromors I have is like this:

I have not tried it on enamel though.

  • ahh right, i'll probably just send it to city power coaters, should be relatively cheap right?

  • ~4ndy I can get stuff sand blasted for favours, if that's any help.

DFP - If you just want storage rather than to part with the stuff send me a PM as I have many MANY sheds.. in coventry, but plenty storage.

  • I've only ever used Nitromors yellow tin for stripping paint off wood but you have to really shake it hard for a couple of minutes for it to work well. Can't remember if it says this on the tin. Wear gloves and goggles too, it's nasty stuff.
