few months ago I was in town (Basildon, Essex) and there was a scissor lift and someone spraying an empty building.
Looked decent, didn't recognise the style, but it ended up being Insa (not doing his usual fetish/ legs business, that I know them for).
Had I realised I would have hung about for a chat (or at least for a snap with the artwork)

Reminds me of an American artist called Valeri Larko she does urban landscapes of NYC with graff in.
