Anyone know why Jaguar X-Types are so cheap? Is it the price of fuel etc and running costs. No one wants a large engine any more.
Look at this for examplehttp://www.pistonheads.com/sales/3551977.htm
But there are loads like this

They are basically a Ford Mondeo. Almost identical running gear, just a different skin.

Yeah but that fucker has a 3 litre V6 and is pretty damn quick

Same lump as the Mundane, but a head with Jag written on it.
You are a modern-day George Cole and I claim my £1.

I want the Peugeot from the French version of Taxi.

^^^^ IIRC the 3L V6 Jag will be 4x4, unlike any Ford using that platform.
Any more details?

I am still trying to find a car for under 2K that is practical, fast and relatively cool
The Audi A6 3.0L SE and this seem to be top of the list now :) -

Mind those rear suspension bushes now. The two litre versions of them are still relatively quick, but you'll look like the Russian Mafia arriving somewhere if you get one in black.

The 406 out of the first three films was cool. The 407 in the 4th film, not so much.

Saw this in the The Boltons today - it was parked outside Rowan Atkinsons house so i wonder if it is part of his collection, one of 39 AMG W124 Coupes ever built, only a couple RHD.

Did not know they were so rare!
Got to drive girlfriend's Karmann Cabrio MK1 to work today. So many smiles per mile!

Was never a fan of 944s, but this one was minty with super low profiles.
Pimped out 80s junior stockbroker car.

Nice! - Back then AMG were a separate company and the cars were built to order - they made 7 W124's with the same 7.3 Liter V12 that is in the Zonda, 2 Estates, one of which Shumacher has, and 5 saloons.

Not sure where to put this, here or in epic win.
A friend just emailed me this screenshot of an email he just sent.

My insurance company just phoned me and said they need me to send several photos over of my car so they can confirm the modifications and so on. Some prick has reported me or something but all the modifications are declared anyway. These are the photos I sent in via e-mail...I'll post the response when it comes through!*

Golfs and A3's share the same parts manual.
I believe the budget was 2 meat pies and a tin of VB. Mel is now rolling in meat pies the Jew hating Ozzy bastard. Some great bikes as well, old Z1s and GS11s, The Goose wins hands down for quirky coolness.
Wonder what some of those cars were though, most sound like V8s or V12s, super-charged. Must have been amazing fun to have been on the set back in the day.
