  • This never gets old... πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

  • Except for a VTEC civic

The Type R would get left for dead but sound so much better (not current gen) it would be worth it.

  • Why is it that car wheels are getting bigger year by year?

To intimidate cyclists with tyre noise and piss everyone else off.

  • Pulled a sustained lateral 1.1G at Bruntingthorpe in a long steady state corner - enough to make me worried for the oil pickup.

Just so we're clear.... I was trying to be funny. But you are right, it would be way more fun. The intake sound alone would destroy the Tesla. With a period correct pod filter of course.

  • That is a very good number isn't it? How'd it feel? Stable or squirrelly?

  • Felt very predictable- always amazed at how capable these cars are when I take one out on track. The limits are much higher than you think and it’s pretty benign when you go past them.

  • Pre 2005 5 series are super sweet and have the bullet proof NA motor (I had an 03 530i)- they're not too giant and handle great. The turbo that came after had quite a few issues if I recall? I was strongly advised to avoid them by my local BMW indy garage. 2011 F10 and up settled down again a bit.

Edit...doh, I see that's a 523. They didn't have those here. Looks alright aside from the colour!

  • The Lagonda estate modelled on the Giant Anteater.

Spotted a Chelsea tractor/tank I actually like, thought it was a custom Lada Riva on roids at first, but turns out its a Volvo, made for the Swedish military, the L2104.

  • Nicknamed "the sow" over here

  • @kboy haha, I can see why. I want it to have an extra curly tow bar for a tail now.

  • .

  • Separate thread for BMWs anyone? Or merge with golf club.

  • Shame they have the oil starvation issue (non-x51 anyway).

  • Yep, that's why we're dry-sumping the new engines.

  • merge with golf club.

    Would rep.

  • Why do I still want a G-wagon?

  • Because normal cars aren't expensive enough?

  • Jesus, had no idea how expensive they are. Also, 15mpg in the real world!

  • I don’t want one with all the AMG tat on the exterior, would quite like the 5.5 V8 under the bonnet though. This however is a car that doesn’t exist I suspect.

  • Β£1.31 per litre in Sainos last night, I was surprised at how low the price was.

  • Amazing cars, I would love an ex-Aussie Army one...

  • Bingo
