Haven't seen the vid where he's talking about any work but is your mate gresswell? Was that your mx5 in his recent video with the exhaust falling off the accord.

Anyone in or near Cambridge who would be ok collecting these wheels and putting them somewhere whilst I organised getting them to the car in Wiltshire?

I could probably grab them. I’m about 10 mins outside Cambridge. How long do you need them stored?

I’m afraid that’s hard for me to answer- the car that they’d go on is with BRM in Wiltshire, so I will need to arrange getting them over there- and I don’t want to give you a figure I have pulled out of thin air.

i have somewhere i can store them if the mission becomes protracted - this would be in suffolk but i'm up and down from london fairly regularly.

It’s a CB24 postcode for collection- is that nearby?

That's around where my in-laws live. The other side of Cambridge to me but I'm there often.

Soul- do you routinely travel anywhere for work that it would not be an issue to have the wheels in the boot?

I routinely travel up to Birmingham but basically never travel down that way unfortunately.

That actually might well work out for BRM- he does go to Brum on the regular

West Brom home games.

I don't miss them so that gives BRM the dates I'll be there up until May. For weekday games, I'm there from 4pm. 3pm weekend games from 11am.

Yeah, I'm familiar with the layout at this end of things, but my journeying beyond the local hills is non-existent and the only working car I've got right now has two seats so my utility is low.

I’m up and down the country all the time in the car, so if @Soul can’t facilitate onward transport, I can probably assist if need be

I can't say I've noticed anything too horrible about the headlights on new Peugeots?

I am with you on the VW grill lights. I think they look absolutely awful.

I dislike a lot of car design currently. Getting old, clearly!
