I've decided to bite the bullet and pay to get my car fixed, I really think I'm fooling myself in thinking I can do it all myself. Well, if I can get a head replaced and a bit of electric work done for about £500 labour, then it's getting done.

The MS2 "Enhanced" is arriving on Tuesday so all the parts of the puzzle will be here

1st in class C. It was the Birkett 6 hour relay - out of 71 teams we came 5th overall on scratch, 4th overall on handicap and 1st in class on scratch and handicap. The fact I did only one stint rather than two probably helped in that regard though.

Surely that talbot lotus is going to need all hoses, rubber bushings, tyres and random plastic bits replacing before it could be driven? Even if stored correctly those things will have perished, or will do within the first 50 miles of driving.
Can't find much to like about the shape either - might be a rare thing but it's not a nice car to look at.
