Looking at these 15 minutes it's hard to imagine how such an awesome car as the SD1 got such a bad reputation. I think the men shown in the last few seconds might be to blame.

The front is cribbed from the Daytona, and the interior of series 1s was heavily influenced by the 512BB - especially the door cards and instrument binnacle.
It was a big old bus for the time. These days a Ford focus dwarves it.
