Lose everything but the red head.

Lose everything but the red head.
Surely lose the red head, keep everything else? I mean, what engineering genius thought that it would be a good idea to put a big heavy flat 12 on top of the gearbox, thereby raising the centre of gravity by a good foot or so, and then connecting the two by a chain? The 'rossa's an abomination - the Lambos are nuts and horribly unreliable, but have a certain charm.

The redhead's not even red and for that reason alone it's a fail.

The same ones that gave it the most glorious looking rear end of any car of the last 30yrs. Curves AND straight lines in absolute harmony.
Phwoar.
B&D - I like them in black, though white is the optimum colour, of course.... ;)

It's not like the Diablos of that vintage would be particularly nice to drive. I say keep them all. I have a soft spot for Testarossa's after having pictures of them on my wall as a kid.

Hubba hubba.

My uncle owned a Yellow Testarossa with a burgundy interior about 20-odd years ago. Apparently it had been owned by Chris Meek before him and he always specc'd Ferrari's in the same colour scheme. He took me with him to pick it up and as a youngun I'd never been in anything like it. I only last about 20 minutes on the journey home before I had to jump in my aunties car as the heater didn't work and my legs were freezing!

Correct. You are thinking about this Kris Meeke [ame]http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kris_Meeke[/ame]
I was talking about Chris Meek who is the owner of Mallory Park and a guy who was a pretty handy race driver in the 70's. He also famously got 188mph on the M1 in his 512BB back in the 70's after Ferrari were accused of exaggerating performance figures after a press car could only do 160mph!

512BB > Testarossa.
No arguments.

• #14446
Daytona > 512BB
275 GTB 4 > Daytona
Maserati Ghibli > 275 GTB 4. -
• #14447
That last one's bloody close though.
-
• #14448
Maybe the 275 GTB 4 shades it.

Just a bit.
Besides, Mangusta>Ghibli.
