  • This was my mums first car (she passed her driving test at 30):

    Same colour...

She wrote it off by slipping on the accelerator and crashing it into our chest freezer at the back of the garage.

  • looks around for the nearest toilet

  • Greatest photo on here in ages! Awesome.

  • Would like to see more of that. Mainly of the rear wheel setup

  • yeah!

  • Not sure if i've posted this before, but one of my favourite photos:

  • It works.

    Flames, yo.

  • Some awesome pictures on this page, so just to calm things down, a Volvo:

  • BMW badges on the wheels..really?

  • CSL wheels

    I know it's a repost, shhh.

  • ^^ One of my all time favourite competition cars!

  • I would love to have the wheels off Lammers car (and the suspension).

  • Not the prettiest but it's a drag car. 1.3L A-series with a T25 producing about 220bhp. 11.96s quarter on pump fuel and drag slicks. Also road legal.

  • That is awesome. I remember the guy who runs Force Wheels had a Twin A-series drag car that ran pretty healthy times. This anything to do with him?

  • ^^ so cool

  • ^^ That's him. I know of him through the Peugeot club. He's got a lovely sleeper 205 1.6. Looks totally stock from the outside but he's tucked a turbo in there.

  • Remember our favourite diesel drift car?

They have a new chassis to play with

Gonna be epic. 60deg of steering lock!

  • I really don't get the appeal of drifting.

Maybe it's something you have to try.

  • Sneaky peek of epic lock -

They're now on the look out for clamps that can handle 50psi of boost.

  • I really don't get the appeal of drifting.

    Well you wouldn't would you.

  • Firstly, theres the question of why, given a racetrack, would you not want to go round it as fast as possible?
Secondly, there's the fact that I'm a motorcyclist, and am conditioned to expect that a loss of rear end grip will shortly be followed by a painful and very expensive accident.

  • I imagine drifting would be hilarious fun. For about 10 minutes.

  • Er, what it looks fucken amazing. I refer you to that vid that Nurse posted a few months ago. Drifting rules.

  • We used to have something similar to drifting, only it took place in forests and on gravel tracks and involved proper racing.

Going fast plus going sideways, preferably with trees on one side and a cliff edge on the other. That's better.
