Actually mate, I've just realised I think our shop has started doing resprays now, my boss mentioned it a week or so ago, 01617732125 is the number, give him a ring and ask about it because I know we're doing powdercoating pretty cheaply too.

Got a turbo for sale. Same exact one as in link below.
http://www.wiggle.co.uk/cycleops-classic-mag-turbo-trainer/Bought from wiggle a couple of months ago but have only used it about 3 times. Rather than gather dust it's time to move it on to a new home.
Asking for £100 including delivery to your home in the Manchester area. It's as new with box and all instructions and parts.
Ta!

Looking for a Ladies bike for a friend, up to £150 or a tiny bit more for something perfect. She is a bout 5'9 or 5'10 so largish. She would be happy with a mechanically sound but ratty bike or something a bit nicer. Something with a little work to do is ok.
Drop me a pmCheers,

I have a purple Raleigh with a 3 speed sturmy in the basement, needs a little work but frame is sound, if heavy. The basement did flood a month or so ago and I've not looked at it since. £50.

Including whatever pondlife may well be in the tubes for free.

Alex "Dead Rats" has a 17" Ladies Cruiser built up for sale for a few quid more than your £150, check his site if your budget can stretch.
My gf is hoping to look at it but we think it may be too big for her.

Don't think she fancies a SS, and £200 would be too much for her right now I reckon.
@snottyotter - It would be great if you could have a quick look at the bike in your basement and let me know what it might need to get it on the road, also size would be great, she is about 5'10".

5'10" would be fine, it's mainly some slight surface rust on the chrome bits, should clean up nice. Frame is in good nick, just needs a tidy up, no parts needed really unless you want to make it nicer. Could do with tyres though. This is all pre-flood but I don't imagine it's made things much worse, I'll try and find time tomorrow to have a proper look.

So would that make it about 58cm seat tube?
-
• #4298
That sounds like it might be perfect for her then, the cheaper the better really. Have a quick look and let me know about any problems caused by the water or anything else and I will get in touch with her. I think she is viewing something off gumtree this weekend as well mind.
Where abouts do you live?

yea 58 cm
I think Atlantic are vastly overpriced. Try C&G in Liverpool. If you give Neil Orrell in New Moston a call 681 1517 he will tell you how much they will charge you and I bet its cheaper than Atlantic. If you go through him then its cheaper than going direct to G&G and he will take your bike over to Liverpool and collect it and bring it back.
