Should have mentioned size, 700c, preferably 130mm, could cope with a 120mm.

1. Black leather San Marco Rolls Saddle. Slight scuff at the underside of the nose. £25 pick up Manc city centre or Chorlton

2. Charge plunger grips, white, good condition. £3 pick up Manc city centre or Chorlton.

3. Nitto NJS 110 stem, aluminium. Good condition. Small issue with the allan bolt , the previous owner butchered it with a cheap allan key. I've had it on my bike but had to use a hammer to tap an allan key into it to remove it. Its doable, just a bit of a ballache. £30 pick up Manc city centre or Chorlton.

4. Bullhorn / Pursuit bars. Unbranded. A few scratches but otherwise great condition.The closest looking bars are the fyxation rodeo bullhorns. Width is 430 ctr to ctr . £25 pick up Manc city centre or Chorlton

That said, I'd love to get the Cannondale finished and ride it a bit. Got an njs suzue hub / open pro front wheel today, would look nice on it.
