  • Ok The Corrado is now sold and im going down the route of breaking the Surosa up. I've had a few enquiries on the wheels so I'll deal with those first.

    I've already got an old Kona Fire Mountain. It's for my son so I'll check in the morning to see what he thinks about the gearing with a 38.

    I'm assuming the chainline should be okay?

    Also need some handlebars, preferably risers for now, and some flat pedals,

    Nothing special on the pedals/bars just to get the bike put together so i can swap bits out when i decide exactly what i want

    If you mean the type that screws into the bottom bracket shell, most shops should have one for 2 or 3 quid.

  • I think she means the think you mount the downtube gear adjusters on when your frame doesn't have bosses there.
