I started reading it after talking to Richie. Haven't finished it. Pretty sure he's trying to hypnotize me.

Alan Carr Audiobook ftw. It just makes sense. I approached it as a 10 year smoker and left it feeling mugged for smoking. You'll find yourself going...motherfucker, how fucking dare you. Fuck you cigarettes.

I'm going to start the champix next week, looking forward to a trippy month or so.

Maybe I should try this first.

Try it. It's a leap to think you can quit by reading a book over taking pills or slapping on a patch but you find yourself following the logic and there you go you don't smoke anymore. It really is that simple. Try it before Champix, its an easy win.

Mrs thatcher [the witch] is a major share holder in the tobacco industry. This alone should be enough to quit on. You're paying for her private healthcare bill with your hard earned and your life.
