You need to get a bit drunk to really enjoy them.

I am on 5 weeks so far with one fuckup for which I blame beer entirely. Apart from that, it's going quite well.

Day 1, patches and lozenges for day to day and I'm going to get an e cig for the weekend.
Has anyone got any experience of this brand of e cigs? my mate pointed me in the direction of this deal and it seems very reasonable.

Got an E Cigarette a week ago and haven't had or wanted a normal cigarette since. Of cause I'm still addicted to nicotine but at least its likely to be a lot healthier.

I've been doing Stoptober, 31 days today. I'm quite proud even though I'm only really a 'social smoker' I still probably had 10-15 a week. I have an e cig I use if I really have to but I've been out and drank and not had anything.

Noticed this yesterday, I was going to ask you about it, but didn't get a chance.
It's a good move, could even smoke that fucker while riding. Much better than when I used to actually smoke and ride.

Those are awesome, and a bit disconcerting since I have also stopped and the last one could be addressed to me.

You should see his "Draw Something" contributions. I lasted one round before I was forced to resign out of shame.

Over 20 years of smoking, i quit on NYE. Craving? Yes. Yearning. Yes. Twitchy as fuck, and trouble sleeping. Planning to go for long ride 2 morrow to shake off the constant thinking of the feel, taste & smell my old habit. Someone tell me it gets easier pleeaaaaassse.

i read the alan car book start to finish one night at the end of october and haven't had one since. fuck knows how it's done, he doesn't tell you anything you don't know, but it worked for me. i have had no cravings whatsoever. i recommend trying it.
i am a cynical fuck too, so part of me is a bit annoyed that i have been tricked into doing something i couldn't do on my own, without a clue how it is done.
...and on the plus side, i was already a fat cunt, so the weight thing isn't a problem!

I have the Alan Carr book if anyone wants it. It didn't work for me but it seems to've worked for most of the world.
The worst thing is.... They are pretty gross aren't they?
