Sadly still a few of them. You know what, I am not a police materials anyway. I, however, want to be a paramedic one day. I like helping people that way more, but first I have to learn how to drive and get over my OCD with cleanliness, don't like dealing with mess at all.
PS. Alex, is your mother OK?
That's an odd reply mate. What do you think police material is then? Good on you for wanting to be a paramedic one day, I imagine that must be a very tough but rewarding job.

I went for a run earlier, through Forest Hill, down the A205 into Catford, then along through Lewisham, Lewisham Vale into Brockley, Honor Oak Park and back to Forest Hill.
There was hardly anyone on the street- quite a few PCSO's laughing and joking with a couple of people, some "normal" police patrolling, and some fully armoured mounted police, two of whom were having a discussion with some pissed up middle aged Shameless extra's in the town centre.
Apart from that it was really, really empty, a few shops boarded up and lots of police tape from last night, tattered and streaming in the gusts of wind from passing cars.

Very clever tactic to help the Police. Give them twice as many people to deal with.
Thicker than the cunts last night by a long way.

What an incoherent fascist embarrassment.
Got a promising career in the police ahead of him.
makes you wonder where they were lat night? Or did it take a day of listening to Talksport to get riled enough to do anything. Fair play to the Turkish gents warding off any unwanted persons last night

I don't know what police materials is actually. just really not into chasing people around, or walking on the street all day long... I suppose I can do it but I won't enjoy it. Must be a bloody stressful job.
So you gonna go for it soon, the specials?

I totally concur - Lewisham to Catford has never been so quiet. I counted 4 police on horses, about 10 PCSOs (mostly outside Blockbusters - guiding the caved in doorway), and regular police officers almost every 50 yards, walking in pairs. Its almost like HM The Queen was coming to visit. Bizarre, but also very reassuring.

Please take note of how well they're protected against bricks, bottles and petrol bombs. Faced with a mob like last night they'll be able to hold them for hours very much unlike the Police did in full riot gear.

Just got in from Manchester city centre, been chased by Police dogs and baton charged. The cops are doing all they can but there are too many kids spead across too much space. It's fucking mental.
morgan what bike are you on? might have seen you today in town.
