Just came back from my food shopping, is it really necessary to empty the fridges and have no milk or juice left for me? It's not the end of the world yet. But most shops / banks on Camberwell Green are closed. The street still looks in order though. I have head 2 saying from the locals (I erm... don't really consider me being one as I only sleep here), Camberwell is the next target or all the looters live in Camberwell so they don't shit at their own doorstep. I hope it's the latter for this occasion.

Cycled to Spain and about 10 miles from portugal at the moment. Ferry back from Santander gets to Plymouth Thursday then train back up. The Spanish press over here has the 'riots' (inverted commas as I've got no real idea of the scale of the trouble apart from that bastion of free press and reportage that is LFGSS) billed pretty high, second in international news after economy. I leave the country for a couple of weeks and shit falls apart. Don't worry, I'll promise to sort it out by the weekend.
