Also on the above, the FTC commissioner has some strong words about the FCC descision:

Yes, a very bad outcome. It's a shame that it's a slightly techie subject that the ordinary punter might not really have understood. Will be interesting to see what happens next.

We’ve got a strong and stable government delivering a smooth and orderly Brexit. £2 billion for that is a bargain.

Is Britain First being banned from Twitter definitely a good thing?
I think they're despicable cunts but now they're likely to be even more self-righteous and their claims that they have a voice that isn't heard in the mainstream sounds more credible.
Shutting them down only increases their notoriety and persecution complex, whereas letting them bumble on and reminding people that Fransen only got 56 votes at the Rochester and Strood byelection and that barely anyone actually shows up to their pathetic rallies seems much more effective.

They'll go to Gab, which looks very much like a new version of Twitter designed expressly for Nazi's.
I'd be interested in what their funding model looks like.
-
• #50394
Yes it's a good idea that doesn't go far enough because they are nazis. They should be thankful they're not in prison, or worse (better?). Note that Farage and that cunt hopkins are still stinking up the place. And trump.
