I imagine the tax cuts already announced are going ahead so rolling back the NI announcement simply reduces net tax revenues which means more austerity measures which the government is helpless to prevent

My hairdresser told me that, as small businesses already have a lot of extra costs (rates etc...) and you get no sick pay, maternity pay etc. I wonder if this may encourage small businesses/work from home businesses etc.

But I don't know if they did a proper impact analysis.
