Just had exactly the same reaction. It's a handy label to be used, saves having to deal with the mental health issue. "Terrorist, lock 'em up"

One good thing over here is when someone goes a bit mad and on a rampage for whatever reason you end up with 3 people injured and the guy arrested. If it was America there would be about 15 dead by now. Also if it was an actual planned terrorist attack maybe similar, this is a frustrated, idiotic, reactionary outburst and should be treated as such, although I doubt it will be when justification for high alerts and dropping bombs is being searched for.
