idiotic, poorly conceived wank that does nothing to address the problem of congestion on londons streets much less make cycling seem more attractive. designed entirely to create the impression that very clever and important people are taking the matter of bicycling safety jolly seriously indeed, oh and to get the architects name in the papers.

I was sent the press release about this at work. It came from LA. The irony of LA trying to educate London about how to use bikes!

That would be brilliant fun. More useful than a cycle lane, as it goes somewhere there isn't already a road. Would be great to race down at night!

It's going that way. But in a less annoying way than clapham, where I grew up. There's lot's of interesting junk shops, a few annoying gastro pubs. Still one proper normal pub left on the high street. No starbucks or waitrose yet. Definitely alot more young professionals than when I moved here 6 years ago, and house prices have gone up alot, though my rent has stayed affordable because my place it a bit wrecked. Anywhere else the same size has gone up by about £100 a month though.
Idiots. I don't know how these meat heads get in.
