Do what? Trim or stamp? Yes to both, anyway, unless the saddle's really knackered, in which case I wouldn't trim it.

Stamping for Frosty today.

Well, just had my first tragedy. Completely fuxxored a Spa Cycles Aire saddle, trying to stamp it for Rameye. Seems the fancy letters were too sharp for the tanning on the Aire, and it's sort of torn and split. The stamps totally ruined it. So I'm going to replace the Aire and try the small letters, which I'm sure will be fine.

Think I'm going to turn the fucked one into a 'special' suede edition. And sell it for more than the Aire goes for. A long shot but it might just work.

Can't really believe I've not had any major fuckups til now - save the time I did a letter totally upside down, way back when I first started. Was doing 'GROW UP' and ended up writing 'GROM UP' ad Skoota looking over my shoulder cackling at my fuckup.

Got my Spa Skully Stamped, currently a bit shiny as it bathes in wax to seal in the oil that I have already applied. Saddle leather arrives untreated so going a bit overboard at the moment.

Brooks B17-S, honey leather, copper rivets, and embossed with "NORKY" across the back.
Please please PM me if you see it online, etc.

It belongs to my girlfriend and she's very upset about loosing it!

I would be happy putting postcodes on the saddles, underneath or on top, most people refuse when I offer though.
