Mallrats is the shiz, Kick Ass was alright. Any animation by Pixar is worth watching.

had a longterm problem with insomnia. weed helps but really easy to develop dependance on it.

Thats pretty much what i'm like with anything that helps - sleeping pills, weed, drink... was pretty much hooked on caffeine drinks for ages. i'd have to have one can of relentless a day or i didnt feel right all day

Working nights shifts has messed me up! I keep waking up at 4am now, even though its been two weeks sinceI came off a one week night shift. Not really sure what to do, tried alcohol, avoiding alcohol and caffeine and tablets

Its like jet lag coming off nights, got to stay awake during the day. Early waking is tough as sleeping 'aids' will have long worn off by 4am.

Still messed up after nearly three weeks is annoying though. I'm hoping next week should sort it though, 80 miles a day for 6 days will do the trick I think

I'm pulling an allnighter tonight! Goodbye relatively sensible sleeping pattern! In about 3 hours I'm starting on the instant coffee. It's gonna be FUN.
