I think Tweed Rides were actually illegal on the Isle of Man, punishable with the birch, until about 1995? They should have kept that law I reckon.

I had some proper freaky shit happen to me the other week.

I was working on a website about riptides, Up against the clock to finish this off while upstairs were losing their patience, I started having nightmares about this never ending job.

Then I walked into the pub, and there was a guest ale called "Riptide" ...

Dreamt I met Johnny Rau last night. Have no idea what he looks like, just read his name loads.

After reading this thread the other day, I had a full blown forum related absurd dream. Don't remember any details. What I know is, when I woke up yesterday morning, I thought it was the most surreal meta-dream ever. I was aware it's a dream within a dream.
Kinda LFGSS Inception.

ziska was in my dream last night and we were competing in a tweed run triathalon on either the isle of wight or the isle of man. it wasnt a race.

I had a dream,

Where I was cycle touring in Devon and doing Bear Grylls surival skills to get my food each day ... I was crabbing, eating cous cous and living off leaves.

My holiday was ending and I needed to turn back ... the only thing is that vampires have taken over the uk. I found my family dead, I found my girlfriend dead ... I however found the next door neighbours teenage girls alive ... but their parents dead.

I then proceeded to escort them to a vampire free zone (which was apparently somewhere in Wales), along the way I had to use my skills with an Axe to kill various vamps. On a paricular fight I was almost killed and Odin himself presented himself to me and I was given briefly the immortal berserker rage ...

I have dreams like this all the time .. after I eat pizza.

Anyone else found with taking vitamin b they can rememeber their dreams/have lots of very vivid dreams?

I stopped being able to recall my dreams years ago and since starting to take vit B noticed very vivid dreams and found I could remember them quite easily.

I dreamt I was at some swimming event, there were loads of mental lights and shit - then, the people swimming started running across the water. People were going off there tits, crying and screaming because it was so amazing.

Then, I dont know what happened but me and the missus were with these soldiers in Afgan, we were warned about catching measles in the puddles then this scrubby woman nicked a ring from my girlfriends hand. Then we went in this cafe for a brew.

just remembered i had a dream about maxcrowe last night. i dreamed that he'd written a best selling novel... about pirates. everyone was taking the piss out of him at forum drinks but it was actually really good, had sold millions and he was now very rich and powerful. he didn't say much. that was it. fucken weird. alternate reality congratulations max.

Last night I had a dream that there was another Herne Hill Velodrome, it was right next to HH station and was a 20s or 30s building which completely surrounded the track. The track itself was about 300m not very steep and in terrible condition with big cracks in it. There were also some buildings in the track center, along with some kids playing cricket.
Nevertheless there was a race meet on whilst the other HH was shut, lots of people I know were there and I went into the track center to chat to them.
The buildings were all in use though in a pretty poor state of repair, I went into the toilet which was more like a bathroom, there was a massive bath full of water which I urinated in. The whole room was painted pink except for the plumbing fittings.
I asked someone about the place and was told it was owned/run by Southwark council but they hadn't really done anything to it for years, as it looked like a library or municipal building from the outside hardly anyone knew about it or bothered going there.

It was such a vivid dream that I woke up believing it to be true for a few seconds.
